ZTRFM ZHONGTUO MACHINERY plant is designed for the continuous production of top-quality PU/PIR sandwich elements with different facings, panel thicknesses and profiles. With a usable width from 600 to 1,200 millimetres, a panel thickness between 20 and 250 millimetres and a production capacity of up to 2-12 metres per minute, the advanced plant concept covers an extremely wide range of applications. Hydraulic decoiler
It is mainly consisted of decoiling mechanism, coil-loading trolley, hydraulic system, infrared measuring device and so on, which is to fix and decoil colored steel coil.
The decoiling mechanism includes the steel frame, spindle rotator and coil expander, etc. Frame with plate welding structure is mainly used for supporting and installing other parts on the decoiler. Spindle is to hydraulically draw and expand steel blades so as to fix a steel coil. Spindle rotator is equipped with driving system for coil rotation.
Coil-loading trolley aims to hydraulically raise a steel coil to a certain height and then move it to spindle's blades along with rails. When the coil is in position, steel blades on the spindle will be expanded to tighten it.
Rotation speed of the spindle is usually slightly higher or lower than panel production speed, which can be automatically controlled and adjusted in real time by way of using infrared system.

Hydraulic clipper & film coverer
This part easily operated is a kind of machine tool hydraulically and pneumatically to shear and cover film to steel sheet. It uses the same hydraulic station for decoiler.
The clipping machine can use hydraulic force to shear colored steel sheet, which is basically made up of hydraulic cylinders, levers, upper and lower cutting blades as well as steel frame.
Film-covering installation including pneumatic cylinders, gripping rubber rollers and steel supporters adopts pneumatic force to grip steel sheet and covered film lead forward by forming machine. Two such installations usable according to requirement are given, one for the top steel sheet of sandwich panel, the other for the bottom one.
The simple function of side cut mainly strip one part of spare board to ensure the demand width of the composite board. This equipment controlled by frequency conversion which speed synchronous full line; a waste side rolling device installed to collect post-strip waste side, this device has separation design and mobile removing within a certain range.

Forming machine unit
This part consists of double layer of top and lower roll forming machine , lower roll forming machine guide transverse device, platform and upper and lower conveyor . Roll forming rollers adopt high grade alloy steel after heat treatment and precise machining process, its roller surface is plated with hard chrome to increase roller’s polishing and hardness, which finally made best duration of the rollers.

Function: matched with double belt laminator, form closed foam generating、solidify area, when you produce the hard surface sandwich panel, it can use as side block.
Structure: use modular design, the side block and the chain is quick insert type, it is convenient to change different block, The chain is driven by the decelerator motor directly.
Side chain system can achieve is in step with double belt laminator, and it can be adjusted on up& down, left and right. The location adjustment is achieved by motor decelerator and lift.
